About us

Habla Spanish Academy is a Spanish school located in Sammamish, WA. Our program has been used in public and private schools in the Seattle area since 2006. Our goal is to bring the  Spanish language to everyone interested in learning or keeping it. At the same time, it is vitally important for us to promote and maintain our rich Latin American culture. Our diverse team of Spanish-speaking teachers give students the advantage of learning the proper pronunciation of the language as well as the cultural approach to learning the traditions, customs, and idioms of each Spanish-speaking country..

Our Team

1. Viviana González
Director

My name is Viviana González, I was born and raised in Mexico City, and I have a B.A. in International Business. I was fortunate to have parents who knew the importance of being bilingual and gave me the wonderful gift of a second language. When I moved to Seattle, I realized the importance of learning languages during childhood. After researching the best ways to learn Spanish and taking several courses on the subject, I developed didactic materials and a curriculum aimed at children and adolescents. My program is now taught in various private schools in the Lake Washington, Issaquah and Bellevue school districts and now here at Habla Spanish Academy. I have more than 15 years of experience working with children in public schools, private schools and Homeschoolers associations.
